I got the pattern and kit from shabbyfabrics.com a few years ago. I just looked at the website and neither the pattern nor the kit is listed anymore. I do know the fabric is moda- not sure of the design names.
If anyone is interested a more thorough internet search may turn this up.This website does have a lot of Miss Rosie patterns for sale. I do love her designs. They are great for using the stash or making them with just a few fabrics.
