Default Yo-Yo for Rhys on the design board

It is on a gray design board but Rhys can change the look with the linen of the week because it is a summer quilt and will show through the negative space. Thinking about adding soft browns for the borders. Thanks for looking.

Need to sew it row by row then it will look straight! Never could take a good pic anyway!

Rhys liked it but wanted plaid on the outside, so I added them, too.

ran out of room on the design board so I put the bottom row on the floor so I can gather the rows to sew together.

Great yo yo quilt. Do you plan to hand sew the rows? Love the pattern you chose. Have fun!

those clover doohickeys really work well! I have a yo-yo WIP.....yours is beautiful. I picked up an all white to-yo coverlet at a flea market several yrs ago...fun to put a colored sheet under then top with yo-yo...saw one similar to your design once at an antique store, hesitated, went back the next day-gone-bummer!
