    It isnt a machine it just a plastic template that snaps into another piece of plastic that holds the fabric as you stitch around the edges then it pops apart and you pull the thread to form the yo yo...its by Clover and is around 5 to 6 dollars I just bought 2 at Hobby Lobby with 40% off coupons. They have several different designs as well as the regular circle yoyo's

    That is a really pretty wreath! My friend just finished a quilt with 500 - YES 500 yo yo's!! AND it is beautiful. She did it in strips, but the strips don't show because of the fabric she chose. I would think your wreaths would sell!!!
