    I've been trying to think of what I'd put on the label here, I don't want it to be too long. I thought about just writing the name of the each block on the back of it. Or do you or anyone else have a better idea?

    You could do that, and also write a card with the story of the meaning for you how you decided and why you made it for her. I did that with the 50th anniversary wall hanging I made for friends. I included the meaning of each square also. That way, it's on the quilt, but also more in depth in the card that she could pick up and read any time she wanted to.

    Great job! Maybe you could make a label for the inside explaining the blocks, who it's for and your name. Just a thought.

    Ok, I just have to say that Nana loved this. We just got back from spending the weekend for her, early Christmas celebration, and I am glad to report that she liked it and the colors. Feels great!!! Thanks all for the kind words.
