    This is a photo from my neice in Brazil. The instructions are in Portugese, but it wouldn't be hard to copy. Looks like a fun gift. And you know how fun it is to make yo-yo's.

    too cute! I saw some like this in our LQS as well. They did look easy to replicate (well, for some people - I've never made a yo-yo). 8)

    This is too cute! I might make one for my stepmother for Christmas. She doesn't decorate, so this would be easy. What do you think the base is?

    Cute. I am not really a yo-yo person (to make them that is). Bad memories of trying to make a yo-yo clown when I was a kid. I never did finish that thing---got tired of making the yoyos.

    On a guess the bases kinda look like cement/plaster that was maybe put in a stryoform cup and them peeled away when it dried. They are cute
