Default An Ad Is Trying To Load File Onto My PC

Lately, whenever the Recycle Ad is in the rotation on a QB page, my security software wants to know if I want to open or save a file named “rs.js” from a site called “b.voicefive(dot)com”. Why is an ad trying to download a file onto my PC?

I wouldn't click on it. There's way too many people out there looking to steal peoples money or identity.

I, too, have had one of those "blurbs" flash up at the bottom of my screen. I just hit cancel if I don't know what something like that is about. I do get irritated though, and wish that there was some way I could throw it back at them like you can with the #s on incoming unwanted phone calls.

Jo Ann, what's the procedure for dealing with unwanted phone solicitations? I've tried everything I know.
