Default Bookmarks - How to Categorize

I have been saving some bookmarks but haven't yet learned what to do with them. How do I access the old list I had made with various categories. How do you place the new ones in with the old ones. Is this what "tags" are for? Seems like I get too many choices when trying to work with bookmarks and I need something simple and easy to understand.
I must admit I have been making progress using the new board but it is a slow process. I finally made it through all of the new messages, pictures and checked out chitchat for the first time in today in weeks . Yeah!!

How do you make new folders on the quilting board and why can't I just use my old folders? I never know where to put things once I've saved them and hate to think of having to spend hours sorting into the titles once I figure all this out.

    To make new folder:
    1. Go to Settings
    2. On the left side of the Settings page, You will see My Subscriptions and under the categories listed you will see Edit Folder. Click on Edit Folders.
    3. On the next screen you will see your folders listed under My Folders and below My Folders you will see Add New Folders. Under Add New Folders, type the names of the folders you want to make in the empty boxes.
(i.e. I made folders for Recipes, Tutorials and Useful Information.)
    4. Click on Save Changes.
If you want to add more than 3 folders, just do the same procedure again.
You can also change folder names on the this screen
    .

    1. Click on Settings
    2. Click on Bookmarks under My Subcriptions
    3. Click on the little square, all of the way to the right of the Bookmark you want to move to put a checkmark in the little square. You can mark however many on the page that you want to move to the same folder.
    4. Scroll down to the blue Selected Threads box and click on it.
    5. Be sure the little blue circle is marked for Move to Folder. At the bottom of this popup menu, click on the blue Go box.
    6. When the next screen comes up it will say Folder name, click on the box to the right of Folder Name and it will show your choice of folders that you have created. Select the folder that you want to move the bookmark to, and click on Move Item. The next screen should show all of the bookmarks that are in the folder you moved this bookmark to.

    I hope this makes sense.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! I didn't even know we could put our stuff in folders, on either version of the board. This willl make things much easier.

Do we have a limit on how many bookmarks or subscriptions we have?
