    Default can't click on

Every time some one adds a link or a something to watch, I click on and get a white screen, I must have something turned on or off that I need. Not very savvy on the computer , but its frustrating not to use all this board has to offer, any suggestions?

I can't tell you what happened but not to long ago every time I went to read a second page to a thread the screen jumped down to the bottom & & I had to click on the "top" tab to get back up to the current post (or scroll up). It finally somehow corrected itself & now it's working fine. I thought I had accidently changed some sort of setting. But I guess it was just a computer glitch. You might try contacting administration & see if they have a solution.

I haven't had that problem. Did you check in your account settings to see if there is something there that needs to be set differently?

If you haven't cleaned out your cache/temp files in forever, you might want to try that. If you don't know how, please post what browser you use and I can post directions.

that is not a QB issue.
i don't know how to solve it but there's nothing that can be done on the QB tech end.

    Try this:

    1. Open Chrome.
    2. On your browser toolbar, click More .
    3. Point to More tools, and then click Clear browsing data.
    4. In the "Clear browsing data" box, click the checkboxes for Cookies and other site and plug-in data andCached images and files.
    5. Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Choose beginning of time to delete everything.
    6. Click Clear browsing data.
