Deleting old PMs
How do I delete old PMs from the file? I just got a message saying I have too many and cannot get new PMs. Someone, please help! I'm so technically challenged it's ridiculous.

Gramajo, go to 'Notifications' at the top of to page and click it, then click on 'inbox'. It will bring up the list of PM's in your inbox. Go down to the bottom of the list. To the extreme right of each message there is a square box. Click on it and there will be a tick in the box Go up the list of PMs and tick each one you want to delete. When you have finished the list go back to the bottom of the list, there is a blue box that says 'selected messages' click on that box and some options appear. The second one is 'delete', click on that, then on 'proceed' and you messages will disappear. Hope this helps.

I will try to make it simple.
1. click on the notifications box at the top right after your name
2. click on your inbox to display the messages
3. at the right side of the message is a small white box, click on each box of the messages you want to delete, a check will appear
4. go to the bottom of your displayed messages, you will see a blue box that says selected messages, click on it
5. there will be several drop down instructions, select delete
6. select proceed to delete the selected messages
I would suggest starting with deleting one message, then move on to selecting more messages. Practice will make perfect
I see Mrs. B is quicker than I am. LOL. Between the both of us you can "git er done".

Don't forget to delete sent items as well. They will take up just as much room in your PM box as In items. Think how many sent PM's you might have out there that just say "thanks". I try to do a purge once every two months or so.
