I wondered to so whnt to a thread with lots of posts and clicked on the first feedback score (blue number) I came to

apparently feedback for sales and trades etc.
It may only be available in certain forums as there is no place on your post to click re: feedback.

unfortunately, the way to leave feedback changed during one of the previous software updates.
you have to:
find something the member posted; then
click on the number that represents her/his feedback score; then
click on the link to "submit feedback for ..."
i have asked whether or not they can simplify the process in the new version of the board software.
