There are a couple ways.
If you make a comment on the post, you can click on your name, then select "view forum posts", which will bring up a list of your posts.
You can subscribe to the thread, it's under "Thread Tools", then to see the list of subscribed threads, click on "Quick LInks".
And finally, I don't use the default views, I use the archive view. The default views list the posts in reverse order of the last comment, so a post that doesn't have a lot of comments will quickly roll to the next page. The archive view lists all the threads in reverse order, newest on the top, regardless of comments. You can access this view by clicking on "Archive" at the bottom of this page.
