On our updated things how do we put in that we are a member of a group?

i'm not sure what you mean by 'updated things'. and a member of what kind of group... swap, sew along, or ??

I am sorry, I know I am not making myself very clear. I mean under settings when we update something of our profile area. It always says on down the list on the left that you are not a member of any group or something like that. I joined a couple of months back on the Block of the Month Swap with hostess, oksewnsew. Does that make it any clearer now?

joining a swap is not the same as being a member of a Group.

Groups are permitted and used on an extremely limited basis.
when somebody is invited and does join a Group, their profile automatically updates to reflect that fact.
