The first and most important thing to remember is that the emails are not the board.
they have no content of any value.
They are only a link to a smattering of thread links.
They barely scratch the surface of all that's available here.

If you know you want to come to the board often, the emails are a waste of time.
they slow you down.
why wait for an email?

You never need those emails to connect to the board.
Just come straight to http://www.quiltingboard.com

If you like starting with the sample list of links, go to the Resources tab.
Make sure to keep exploring, though, so you don't miss any of the good stuff. :-)

You can add it to your browser favorites/bookmarks, put a shortcut on your desktop, or (if you are a total QB junkie like me) you can make it your home page.

I think the very best listing of topics is to go to the "archives" - the word "archive" is located at the very bottom of the page in that dark strip - and click on that word. Then one can find a listing of the topics in various sections. The most recently started one is at the top of each list.
