Default How long before response from board tech support

I am having problems postinng replies to topics and sent a request for help to the tech support people.
Still having the same problem and haven't heard back from them yet. Do anyone know if they usually respond to requests for help--it's been several days.

did you send it by email or did you post it as a topic?
it's best to send requests for tech support by email.

if you sent it to me and i didn't answer, i apologize. i usually respond within 24 hours or so. [email protected]

    please send it again.

did you send all the basic information the techs need to begin research on a problem?

    1. What is your board name?
    2. Describe the event or problem in detail.
    3. Provide technical information about the computer you were using when the event occurred. (brand, model, age, how much memory does it have, processor speed, etc.)
    4. Which operating system are you running? Which version?
    5. Which internet browsing software do you use? (i.e. MS Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.)
    6. Who is your Internet Service Provider?
    7. Which access method do you use? (dial-up, DSL, cable, or satellite)
    8. What is the URL (web address) of the page(s) you had this issue on?
    9. What time(s) and date(s) did this issue occur approximately?

I don't remember who I sent it to, will have to go back and find that. I did include all of the information that you are requesting in your above post.
