How to Surpress Avatars and Signatures When Displaying Posts
It is taking me to cursed long to page through posts where most of the post is white space.
Isn't there some way to set 'display compressed posts' and choose NOT to see avatars and signatures? I try to perform the courtesy of reading 10-15 pages of postings on a topic and I would appreciate not having to do so much paging in order to get what I want to read.
Sorry if this is already somewhere else - I advanced-searched every item from 11-1-11 to today to find it.

Hi Sue!
Click on "Settings", then "general settings" on the left hand side of next page. Then scroll down to "thread display options" and click off what you don't want to see. Then, make sure to scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "save changes".
