Messages are not showing up correctly

Messages are not showing up correctly
Just today 11/18/11, I noticed that many of the response from people show up strange on the board. Instead of seeing the message, I am seeing just a frame It looks like the box compressed. I can see that there is writing inside the box, but I can't expand it to peek inside. I use Windows explorer if that makes a difference.
