If you try to upload and it keeps telling you upload failed it means your pictures are too big of a file. There is a way to make them smaller on the computer but I don't know how. I adjust the image size on my camera before I take the picture to small image size then they will upload. I had this problem for a long time and I finally figured it out. Good luck.
