I ran my anti spyware program last week and it deleted all of my stored passwords. I attempted to sign on to QB but must have been using wrong password. I emailed asking for help to reset my password but have never had any reply. I finally had to sign on like a new member, with a different user name and password. Has anyone else ever experienced the "no response" issue? I checked my spam folder, nothing there. Do you know what I can do to get someone's attention so I can go back to my original user name?

do you recall who the email went to? was it [email protected]? sometimes she is overwhelmed with emails and it takes time for her to get to yours? if it didn't go to her, please email her and give her your original member name and explain that you cannot recall your previous password. she will get back to you as soon as she can.
