    This is on my iPad.....I haven't tried the laptop or desktop yet......I'm on operating system 7, I think...not sure about that number......I went to adblocker....I don't know if it operating or not.....I really hate to make the trip to the apple store to see if they can fix this....over 30 miles away.....

    Geri B. I downloaded NeverAds free. Once you download there is a tutorial. You go to settings. The. Safari and then content blockers. Turn it to on. Then it will be activated. It isn't hard. Let us know if you need more help. That has solved the problem on my iPad.

    please try an ad blocker. They have worked for a lot of us here. See my post above where I told the one I use (recommended by a poster here so thanks for that) with instructions on how to turn on. Very simple. I did it myself.

    I also have an iPad Air and had the same problem. Several on this board suggested I install adblocker. It's free. I did and that took care of the problem.
