    Default picture icon
    I cannot find a picture icon, i know it is supposed to look like a tree in a frame but i do not get any icons on top of my message box

    If you do not have icons on the top of the text box then you have to change your settings. You go to the top of QB and go into settings and click on WYSIWYG I believe.

    as tartan said, but go to settings, then general settings. you have to scroll way down. and be sure to save your settings.
