After clicking on "Reply", I then clicked on "Go advanced" & I got a "Manage Attachments" link under the "Additional Options" heading.

If starting a new post, look for the "Manage attachments" option under "Additional Options" at the bottom of the screeen.

Thanks so much for the info...I can finally post a picture.........
Well, I just came back to edit this thread.
I went into the settings and changed all that you said to do....
I then went in and wrote the thread and clicked on the insert photo icon....
the popup appeared,
I chose my photo and that is as far as I could get.
The choice came up but the photo would not upload....
I guess I am a "lost cause".....thanks for trying, perhaps I should wait for one of the grandkids to come by....lololol

Possibily the picture was too large to upload. That happens to me a lot. Depending on the software you use, I use "Paint", you should be able to scale down the picture. I have started doing it with all pictures I save. After I open in Paint, I click the resize button and change to half the original size. That makes it small enough to post here.

When I post a picture, after I click upload and go back to where I typed the text, there is NO picture. I have to click submit or post before the picture goes to the board. This might be your problem?
