Could someone please tell me how to post a message with a pic? I went to help, and it said to look for an icon that looks like a framed tree. I'm sorry, but I do not see that. Thanks

Compose your message, click on 'go advanced' in the bottom right of your screen. Scroll down to 'manage attachments', then use the 'browse' just like before. Don't forget to click on 'upload' in the middle right after the picture is found. I have trouble remembering this part because it's on the right side when I'm looking at the left. After it's done, close the screen. If it doesn't look like the pictures loaded, don't panic until after you save the post.

I do it the same way as described, above, and the only problem that I ran into was that I had to resize my pics before they were accepted. I have an iMac (with iPhoto) so I can tell you how to do that for mac but I don't know how to go about it for a PC.

double click on any photo in your library...automatically, the computer will open the pic in your default picture program...now look for 'edit'.... inside somewhere will be 'resize'.... play with it till you figure out how to get the picture smaller...in windows, there is a percentage box... hold the down arrow down till both width and height get 1000 or below.... they show right below the percentage box. File, save as..... I just make mine the same name.small at the end.... that way i know which one to get if I have to do it again. then follow irishroses' directions... i do it all this way except the 'go advanced' box has a paperclip in the top line of choices....that is for attachments, as well....

members who don't see the icons in the comment edit windows should check their individual General Settings. choose either the Standard or Enhanced editor. (I prefer Enhanced.)
