I've been trying to post pictures recently and failed. I've done it before. They're smaller than 1.91 jpg. Any suggestions?

1.91 jpg doesn't compute. "jpg" refers to the type of file, not the size. I suspect your file is still too large to post.

This should help you resize. Preparing (Resizing) Photos For Successful Upload and Viewing

It says jpeg files should be 1.91 mgb or less. Mine is 1.75.

The only way I've been able to post pics is to use Photoshop's Elements program and make them the size that they label "Save for web".

I use the Ribbet, free editing web page and change the size to 1500 and the quality to "medium" when you save the file.

    This works everytime.

when mine load to my computer they are much too large. i never catch that so open them in Paint (while we still have it) and resize by 50% and then again by 50%. one i recently posted here was down to 196kb. don't forget when trying to post a photo- to click UPload. or it won't .. you must be given a message as to why it won't load otherwise.
