I received a private message yesterday afternoon that I wish to reply to; however when I submit my reply I get an error stating that I must wait 59 seconds between messages then try again. Since my reply is my first post for today, i don't know why it is being rejected. This has happened before, but it has been several weeks ago and I don't remember if I kept trying to reply or if I just gave up back then. Is any one else having this problem and if so how have you fixed it?
