How do I move "sent" messages to another folder? I have done it in the past but can't seem to remember the process. I need to save messages from the 2022 Birthday Swap Group.

I was hoping someone more knowledgeable than me would answer. I see how you can make folders for the inbox, but unable to find how to make folders for sent messages. It is possible to save them to your computer where you could put them in a folder on your computer.

This is the way to make a Folder so that you can move messages from the Inbox to a specific folder.
On the left side of your profile page Click on "Edit Folders"
In the window that opens you will have a place to "Add New Folders"
"To add a new folder, enter the name of the new folder in one of the empty boxes in the list."
    Then click on "Save Folders"
Then you can go to your inbox and put a check mark in the boxes of the right side of the messages that you want to move.
At the bottom there is a box to choose what you want to do with the messages. Choose "Move to Folder"
    Then click on "Go"
On the window that comes up it will have -
"Please select a destination folder for the items that you wish to move.
    Folder Name:"
If you have more than one folder you will need to choose which folder.
Click on the box below that says "Move Items"

Thank you, that is what I was trying to do but not being successful. I will try again, when I am not in a hurry. I save messages and other email to my computer in folders but that is primarily work related. I really don't want to save QB messages to my personal computer. I will try again. Thanks for the detailed response. It assured me that I was on the right track but must have been missing a step.

It is easy to miss a step. For some reason, it needs all of them! LOL I found that to be true in a lot of things. Like putting the presser foot down or making sure there is pressure on the presser foot when you want sew. Sometimes at work, I'll have everything ready to go and push the foot pedal and realize that I haven't turned the machine on.
