    Default Scrolling ads across QB

Well this is a new one! When I started looking at the QB this morning on my iPad I got a floating ad across the screen for a survey. The "No thanks" and "X" button on the ad won't close it. I'm sorry but this is just getting to be too much. It's like the telemarketers that call your home on all different numbers that you can't block and when you try to reach a person to get removed from their calling list they hang up on you before you can. And yes we've been signed up for the no calling list many times. OK I'm done.

Do you use adblock? That might help. I think there is an app.

I have never had this happen on QB when using my lap top. Is it because you are using a iPad? Maybe it's because I have so many things to stop scam, and other unwanted things coming through. Do iPads have the same? As you can guess I know nothing about IPad's. LOL Good luck figuring out how to close and or stop this. Maybe contact your server?

I always use Adblock Plus. It's a free download, look it up.

I use my iPad and I am not getting the ads. Can you use the Adblock plus on iPad?

I don't mind ads, because I know they help pay the cost of the site which keeps it free for all of us. That ad with the gross looking toenail though, really freaks me out!

Thanks everyone for the info on Adblock. I know the ads help pay for site and I can ignore the ones that are stationary.
