You have to go to "Settings" on the top right hand side of the page. Then on that page go to "My Account" and click on ...General Settings...it has a bunch of stuff you can set/edit to the way you want it. Hope this helps

I think this is what you need. Once in Settings, click on "General Settings" on the lefthand side of the screen. Scroll down to "Default Thread Subscription" and change it to "control panel only".

After you selected Do Not Subscribe, did you click on "Save" at the bottom of the page?

Are you getting personal emails or are you getting PM's? If you don't want either when there is another reply to a Thread you've replied to, then in Settings, make sure <label for="sel_autosubscribe">Default Thread Subscription Mode:</label> says Do Not Subscribe. Then, if you ever want to 'watch' a thread, you have to go above the thread you are looking at and in Thread Tools, choose Subscribe to this Thread. When you no longer want to 'watch' the thread, you have to Unsubscribe.
