subscriptions and My Posts?

subscriptions and My Posts?
I don't want to be subscribed to any posts unless i click on one. I just had to delete 37 pages of "subscribed" posts. i only read them or replied to them, did not "subscribe". how do i get that to stop???
also how do i find My Posts??? I wanted to go back and find one but it's difficult to do in here.
anybody?

go into SETTINGS, then "general settings", look for "default thread subscription mode" option, and change it to "Do Not Subscribe" so you don't get the notification on every one that you post on. you'll have to subcribe individually to the ones you do want to then.
to find posts you've made or started, click on "MY PROFILE", and look on the left...."threads i started" and "threads i posted to"
