Unable to upload signature picture

Unable to upload signature picture

I have tried and tried to upload a picture for my signature and all I get is a message that states it cannot be uploaded. I have a Mac computer. Does anyone know the secret to accomplishing this? After posting this thread I see my significant doesn't show up either. I sure am confused.

pictures cannot be uploaded to signatures.

I have a PC aand can't upload my pic either. I have gone to the profile section and tried to edit it with adding a photo. It will not work. I have also tried to load a photo for a finished QOV but can't load it either. I follow the steps--even finding the "pine tree" icon, but then it says cannot load.
