My typical problem is my file size is too large, I don't know why I can take a picture with my camera at the same setting in the same basic position and such and one file is bigger than another. I've gone through the tutorials here in the help thread, but the screen shots and such shown don't match up with what I see, I think it's because I have never installed Java on this system.
I recently bookmarked this site, haven't used it yet so no reviews but it's on my to-do list!

I agree with Iceblossom that the most likely problem is the file size of your pictures are too large. Most photo editing tools have options to reduce the file size. On my system it involves opening the picture then I have to right click the picture with my mouse button. This brings up a window with a bunch of different options and one of them is "resize". When I click that it is very straight forward giving me 3 or 4 options and even gives a little description like "this size is best for sharing on the internet or email" which is the size I always choose. Then it makes me do a "save as" under a different folder or file name for the picture once I reduce the size. I have also successfully reduced file size in MS Word then resaved the pic with the smaller file size. I know there are ways to change the settings on digital cameras so they automatically default to saving the pictures in a smaller file size but I don't think you can do that with cell phones.

I use the image resizer for Windows. Once it's installed, you just select the image files you want to resize, right click, and select the size you want (I use Large). All the selected image files are resized. You can choose to save the original file or replace it with the smaller version. This is so much easier than changing file sizes one at a time! And the smaller files save a lot of space on your hard drive. I usually resize my images as soon as I download them to my computer. Here's the link to the image resizer - https://www.bricelam.net/ImageResizer/

What a cute photo! I'm glad you got it to work. It can be very frustrating. I've had the same problems and finally figured out a way to resize the pic.
