Default What does VBulletin Message mean?

Often times I see this message after clicking on a link in different categories, most often in the Sale or Trade. What does it mean?

VBulletin is, I believe, the name of the software that runs the QB. I've gotten that particular message when I tried to go to a link that didn't come with us to the new board from the old board, for any number of reasons, perhaps the original thread poster removed it, the host site deleted it, something...

Thanks, came upon it accidentally! Somebody posted in the help section that they wanted to know how to make a moving avatar, so I went and investigated and I learned how!

Hi, I gave an answer on 1/23 and since Patrice hasn't added anything yet, assume it was the right answer...this is what I said:

If that is the case, I don't understand why the VBulletin says to notify the Administrator.
I have notified them, but have not received any response.
