Question What happened to General Quilting Board Community Rules

What happened to the "General Quilting Board Community Rules"? Granted I haven't looked for them for a while, but I wanted to find this morning. I couldn't find them anywhere. I know they used to be posted in the Help section and also in the Vintage section.

Something I found was that the "Forum Rules" is only available on a thread, not on the main page or New Posts page. There had been a longer version as announcements on at least a couple of sections. At least there is

It is mind blowing to me how an "edit" can change the meaning of something so much.
