Why am I having trouble trying to upload pictures?

I tried, I swear this thing does not want me to load any pictures. *sigh* What's most frustrating is that when I go to 'change my profile picture' the picture that I want is now below my name but it isn't coming up on the screeen. I'd be happy if that would just come up...even if I can't post other pics.

If it says upload failed, your pic is too big. Even your profile pic must be small. Resize them first & try, if they still won't upload - then they are still too big. I had to keep trying until I found the right size & now I find it quite easy to upload pics but the most important thing is to RESIZE.

Jen- do you not want the Shamrock pic ? once you resize then click upload if it doesn't say fail you are almost done - should just have to click upload, make sure it shows the pic file on the page and then click close
