Why does my page jump?

This is so strange. Today it hasn't done it at all. Seems to be working just fine now. Well, I don't think it's anything that I need to get all concerned about. I'll just go to the blue "Top" button & it will send me up to the top of the page for the most current post. Thanks to y'all for trying to help me.
