3 totes finished for Sadie's Dream for a Cure. All of the material was from my stash.

Teacher: Love those bags and the fabric you chose for them. From your stash, even better.

There have been some great finishes this week!

retiredteacher--what is the name of the bag pattern you used? I like it.

retired love your bags! the modern quilt not so modern I think just.. simple in design? its gorgeous easy on the eye colors. sometimes working outside your comfort zone isn't such a bad thing especially if you end up with a beautiful item such as that... think I am forgetting one or ten more sorry my memory is seriously blocked at short term.

I finished 7 quilts and probably a dozen table runners last year, a half dozen wall hangings so guess it was productive. this year however there are more than 8 that need finishing and how sad is that? swearing off new projects til this is done and with four round robins I am perpetually pulling away from those ufo's. time to work them in some how so I can complete as many things this year as last. that way NEXT year I can start on new things! love starting new things thus I end up in this spot. I hate 'this spot' btw. gives me hives. I feel.. like I am unsuccessful, or what is the right word? not 'good enough' if everyone else seems to get things accomplished and here I start, start and then start again flitting around like crazy not putting out .. so new goal new year new start right? I will do it, that box will be empty come winter. thus said it will be done no other option.

Sounds like progress to me. I started the year with 9 tops that needed quilting, and ended the year with 15. But only 3 of them were the same ones that had been in the pile at the beginning of the year. I consider that a victory

Retiredteacher, what is Sadie's Dream for a Cure? Beautiful bags.

Elisabrat and kristakz, sounds like you both accomplished a lot last year. Congrats.

Thanks for the compliments on the bags.

Raggiemom: These bags go to children with cancer or to their families. Another QB person gave me the info.

carriem: The pattern was sent to me from the above organization. It is for their use only.

Elisabrat: I keep finding UFO's as I am cleaning my sewing room. I am trying to get organized but I get down too when a I see all of the started projects. Soooooo, time to get off the computer and head down to finish one of those UFO's!
