I hear you Elisabrat, but what fun is that.....I as I just signed up to do the Full Bloom Block of the Month last night.

Though I have gotten a couple UFO done. Figured I would see how far I got by the end of the month and do just one posting and one set of pictures. So far I have finished up 1 quilt and 1 table runner.

I'm in too, I have so many to finish. I can only finish the tops, because, I'm unable to quilt anymore.

Well all, did you hear the cheering last evening about 10:30 EST? I finished #2 UFO last evening! I then hurried back to my GIANT basket to pick out the next UFO. Got it!! A mystery quilt from last year that got partially cut and pieced but never turned those blocks into a top for sandwiching and quilting. On I go to a year of successful finishes. I am almost afraid to start anything new. I have .... 14 more to finish. (I did the final count of UFOs during the State of Union Speech. Hey, it is better than sleeping through it, right?)

Working on my Christmas tree skirt today. Marking it now for home machine quilting. Then binding....done! Done will make me a happy woman.

Wow, I love all the completions to date. I love this group. You are all giving me the incentive and that "push" I need. Thanks!

I'm almost done with my first of the year -- just need to finish binding. I only do lap-size quilts, so I shouldn't have too much trouble, right? I'll post picture of my finish in the next couple of days.

I think I need that fabric then I remember you have three book shelves full of it. hello. get using that stuff up first. will it happen? probably not. its a good idea though.

today its two blocks for a boom swap to do. I don't know why I signed up for this. I had a two month swap no trouble! then recalled I have surgery and will be without one leg and one arm for a month. oh ok. how to do that now in one month plus the wall hanging I signed up to do (sound familiar anyone?) so I am running like a chicken with my head cut off. sigh. so typical of me. grin..but that sounds so FUN!

We've been busy on the Fabric Moratorium thread supporting each other. Nice to see that Elisabrat is carrying the torch over into UFO land as well.

Default 3-D pinwheel baby quilt UFO finished!

Yeah! Finished first UFO for 2015 ... Really am happy with the results. This is a baby quilt for a classmate of mine (1st grade through 12th grade) who became a grandma for the first time in March of 2014. It took me a while to find the right fabric so I got a late start on it. I'll post more pictures in the "Pictures" section of the board. I'm really liking this challenge ... it's giving me the incentive to get my UFOs done! But boy, is it ever tempting to start a new project!

WMUTeach, so what is it that you finished? Inquiring minds want to know. I started on the binding for a UFO last night. I am hoping to get all my UFO bindings done before the end of the month.

Weasier22, what a great quilt. I love the way you put the pictures on the back.

Weasie, what a great quilt. I love pinwheels!

Yay for me! I got my #1 done sooner than later. Inspiration came from an earlier post here on the QB:

It's for a four-year-old so it's not very big, 44 x 54, but still a quilting challenge for me. I think it came out OK and I'm sure Emma will appreciate it.
