My personal larger goal is to finish 12....we will see if I can make that happen. Anyway, here is my January finish, I know it isn't January but I needed to get a photo taken and I finally did. It is the Row by Row (all from southern Minnesota) that I started last fall and finally quilted and bound in January.

Sew striking, Sherry. Did you do the quilting? It compliments the theme so well. I like the windmill set in the farm scene...a new part of our Midwestern landscape. Are those license plates?

This month I did not get my project done, But I did get most of my scrap fabric in one spot in my sewing room. I cleaned off my quilting table and went through my sewing room and took lots of boxes down stairs (to take up another room). I started 2 new projects (1 is 1/2 done, scrapy QB mystery trainride #8). I'm doubling the size of this quilt. The other project is a blue and pink quilt top for some friends. That should take another month.

Congratulations to all the completed pretty projects done so far this year.

You ladies put me to shame, but I did finish another project. It's only a set of four placemats for my stepdaughter, but they have been sitting on the back burner for too long. Finally got them done today. Do they count as #3? Here's a picture of only one of them.

Marich: Love your Pineapple Blossom. I am working on one to, except mine will be without the sashing but I am using 100% scrappy with a white background. Its also a whole lot of fun to put together.

The pineapple blossom is so lovely! Now, I want to do it too. But I am supposed to be removing UFOs and making more. Just move it to the "someday to do list". Lovely fabrics with a good balance of brilliant and softer colors.

Happy to report my 2 nd UFO finish for February. I had the placemats pieced but waiting for quilting and binding. Just finishing the hand binding. This is just a pair ..but sometimes you only need two.
