Vicki: You've been incredibly productive. Is it a vitamin drink? What's your secret. Love all of them but that pink is beautiful. Congratulations on your finishes!

Welcome and love the colors too. Exciting to see so many finished. I hope to add another finished quilt in the not to distant future. I've pinned the sleeve and hope to finish it tonight.

Wow Vickie, great finishes. I am drawn to the quit with the delectable mountain border wow it sure gives a great frame for your quilt.

The other blue has emb. flowers on it--bought that way. Don't know where I got it & know that I bought it way back then. Put it on the back too. My LA girl squared it for me & saved the scraps cut off, that's what the binding is made from. My GD used to love to sit a watch me embroider...these are squares we embroidered together, I made into a 52"x64" throw. I'm caught up till Aug., I think!

Emma...Moving to N.C. sometime next year; starting the cleaning out process now (slowly) & keep running into UFO's forgot were there...gotta get them done cuz I do NOT want to move a bunch of UFO's with me. LOL I also have a habit of piecing the quilt tops & putting them aside. So have a bunch of them to finish this year! I have to be in the mood to do the quilting & binding...usually do a dozen or more at a time...takes the whole month just doing that. But in the meantime, I keep starting others...I'M HOPELESS!!!

VickiM...You are certainly not hopeless....and if you are..we ALL are. I too love to make the tops and probably have 5 just waiting to be sandwiched. I have decided not to fret about it..they will get done or they won't...as long as I enjoy each minute of sewing/quilting something, I am happy. And if some lucky quilter finds or gets my ufo's someday and then finishes them...hurray! Don't beat yourself up. Life is too short.

As a beginner I'm trying to keep things in process order. I get the top done and then quilt as that one goes to the hand work area (in front of the tv) the next one is started. The designs that keep popping in my head I keep in a notebook. I'm hoping I can keep it like this. From reading on the site it isn't as easy as it seems.
