Thanks Emma, I was really on the fence about the fabrics until it came together.

I have half a lap quilt to hand bind and then it is finished. It is the second stitch in the ditch machine quilting I have ever done. My mentor said I did well. Picture me doing the happy dance. I love getting patted on the head.

Then it's on to the true UFO the stained glass butterfly. I'm not looking forward to returning to that one. I guess I'm afraid that it will get even worse rather than better.

Love all the finishes so much!! That 25 patch is great and something I should do if I ever get past my UFO's for now. I did just finish my little boys quilt with matching pillowcase, called Marty Goes To Mars. Can't remember which month that will be. Probably April. Photos later for proof I have finished one. LOL

I did one quilt, quilting from the back. It was very easy, no marking.

What is it about July that always makes you start thinking about Christmas. This was a Xmas quilt that I was so disappointed in that I folded it and put it away. As you can see, I didn't even finish the borders. Well today I pulled it out and kind of like it. Was going to ask for suggestions to save the quilt but kind of thinking I will just let it be. What do you think?
