Yes, PaperPrincess, pretty much. As I am watching the snow fall, I wish this move was over with and we were enjoying the warmth of Florida.

I love reading everyone's comments on falling off the wagon or staying on the wagon. I have been staying on the wagon. When I get some quilts quilted, I need to buy backing fabric.
Mitche's Mom, Glad to hear the great news your husband is doing better. Yea!!!!
Sophie, Congrates on your new house and going to warmer weather. Yea!!!
I went on a retreat with my Guild. It was fun. I finished 2 tops, 1 table runner top. I almost finished my doll quilt, but I was about 24" short on the final border. So, now I need to make a 4-patch to fit the corners. I'll see what I can do. Over the next 2 weeks I plan to quilt myself or have someone else quilt these quilts. Then it's back to my scrappy quilting. Yea.

I am working on the charity raggedy quilts from our club. So why do I want to design a blooming nine patch and buy fabric for it? Is this Quilter's Spring Fever?

Well not only did I fall off the wagon but I'm being dragged behind. I am so bad and utterly wicked. I had a very generous offer from a board member for some blender fabric I dropped the ball on that ..........but I do appreciate that offer. Another year and again I had to use one of my credit cards or run the risk of being deleted for not using it.......I kid you not...........I did acquire some additional poppy fabric I might of needed for a luscious quilt. That is my defense.......calla

No one has posted since 23rd.
The wagon (senior bus) plans to go to bigger city over east Thursday, It only goes there once a year. We will probably go to 3 or 4 thrift shops. And Walmart to shop. End of month and greens in short supply. So can not fall too far.

I cannot believe how "good" I have been this year. I have bought a roll of batting and 1 yard of pink fabric for binding. I tend to use sheets for backing so I have purchased 2 of those. But none of this is for just laying around! I am using it for something already started! I feel so liberated....all I want to do is use more of what I have. That's a good thing, right!

I haven't posted recently because I'VE BEEN QUILTING instead of shopping! I've been pretty good, I even tossed my recently received Connecting Threads catalog, although I did thumb thru it first.

I have been a good girl too. Brought back some blocks from the community service table but they will be finished and returned.

I've been naughty again! I had to purchase a fabric for my son's bargello but added another 5 yards to the order and I haven't even received my last naughtiness yet (no LQS to be naughty at). Onward in starting a project with what I already have.
