Have a good time...
What a great hubby, Elly66. I am packing my suitcase today for my 2-week trip to Germany (family visit). I'm already going through no-quilt withdrawals. Then I was going to loan my backup machine to my BFF and the darn machine won't work. Quilla apparently needs to go to the doctor for a checkup. My friend is going to take her for me.

Wow, everyone sounds like they are doing so well! I'm going to the AQS show in Grand Rapids tomorrow. I'm taking a limited amount of cash, with every intention of being good. (I will be taking my credit card too, however).

I didn't fall off alone...I had 3 GD's (10, 12,+13) help me. 13 wanted to try word play quilts using black letters...not enough in my stash...then not many brights to pick from either...sew off we went to LQS...10 yards later, but there are 3 of them...a full quilt and 2 laps...Will be fun to work with them....

If it for a project that is really happening it is not a fall so you're in the clear oksewglad. I look forward to seeing the projects as they move along.

I got 5/8th's of a yard of the quilter's license plate fabric. I couldn't resist. I'm not in the project but I so wanted a tote with this fabric that I went ahead and got it even though the chances of me working on it this year is unlikely. I just told myself the fabric probably wouldn't be around when I was ready so I had to get it now. And so the stash grows.

I went to 22 quilt shops as part of the Minnesota Quilt Shop Hop. I bought about 5 yards of fabric. 2 of the yards will be to finish a HST UFO. The other 3 yards will go into my stash but I do have a general idea where I want to use them.
I mainly bought clearanced patterns that I hadn't seen before.

I started going through my stash and trying to coordinate 3 to 5 fabrics and put together ideas to help me reduce my inventory...I have been pinning ideas...I like this one and have made it a little bigger in EQ...

Any more ideas....I want to use yardage in quick quilts...Warm Wishes is also a good pattern, as are rail fences....?

I went to a mini row by row shop hop in Nebraska, visited 3 shops. I only bought 3 licenses plates and 3 row by row kits. And !5 fart quarters to add to a candy swap that happened to jump into my hands.
