Lovely quilt JuanitaBean. I finished a wallhanging quilt which only needed the border but had been sitting around for months needing that. Have the next one ready for quilting so I'm on a roll!

Congrats to tkhooper for her March UFO finish. Toot, toot!

But I say finished. One UFO for March. At least I think it is one.

If it takes 3 months to do one ufo and it's a small one, what are my chances of making headway on the 5 I had when I started the year...considering i've added two new ones that I wasn't planning on at all?

It doesn't matter tkhooper, you're making progress. You'd be choking if you saw all my "to be quilted" in a stack. What can I say, I like the challenge of making my own design and sewing it....when I need it or even if I don't. When that happens, I'll get it quilted and done.

    Hi all -

I have been missing in action for various personal, work, etc obligations, but not in spirit! I have popped in to look through the thread occasionally and enjoy seeing all the projects you have been getting completed! I believe this is quite a talented and motivated group. I think we are around 150 finishes so far this year....that is an average of well over 1 project per day! I am hoping to post a finished UFO again soon. Keep stitchin'

I finally have my first UFO finish of the year! I pieced this in May 2014, and put the backing together a year later. It was a free pattern from Clothworks.

Nice use of color in the scrappy party block Juanita Bean--I bet that was a stash buster!

Lisa- nice job on your finish. I like the denseness of the quilting and the way you pieced the back using fabrics that coordinate with the front.

Thanks, Rob. It crinkled up quite a bit, even though fabrics and batting were pre-washed.
