Anoka Quilter thanks for the tip. I'll give that a try. Such beautiful quilts that have been finished.

This was one of the UFO’s I found when I was pulling out another UFO to work on for April. I have no idea when I started this one or how old it is; however, the salvage on the Strawberry fabric said 2003, and since I was new to quilting at that time I am guessing I did not just buy the fabric to have it hang out in my stash. So it is very likely that this is a 13 UFO Table Runner. Everything was pieced, so I just did some quilt in the ditch and added the binding. This is so bright and summery and will look great on my table, even though it is snowing like crazy right now.

Retired teacher, if you consider them done and they're gone, they are finished UFOs so you get a Toot Toot. Congratulations for turning your blocks into such nice finishes.

I have 2 finishes. I made 5 of the blocks last summer as practice pieces with my new cutting machine. I put them in a box because I couldn't decide how to put them together for a baby charity quilt. I recently pulled them out and hung them on my design wall to get inspiration on how to finish them. I started digging in my larger piece stash and found the giraffe fabric. Then added the narrow strips and called it done! I found some more jungle animal fabric and made a couple more blocks. I was thrilled to find the tan strips and outside green borders that I added to the second top.

I asked a lady where I volunteer if she would machine quilt them for me and then I would bind them and donate them to a fundraiser for the organization. She said if I was going to donate them, she would do the quilting for free! Yeah!
So I may or may not get these back to bind at some time, but they are out of my house and considered done! Lol

I also finished a UFO. It was my first bargello try and while not symmetrical I still really like it and it will go on my quilt room wall. I made the top nearly three years ago and reminded me of my sister who we had lost shortly before I started. It still reminds me of her so on the wall it will go perhaps with pictures of her surrounding it.

Fraew, wonderful job finishing your Easy Street. Bonnie's are delightful and yours is terrific. A big Toot Toot goes out to you for another finish.

Finished the leaf block exchange quilt today and 4 placemats, will try and post tomorrow. Not enough light tonight. Went looking through cabinet drawers, big mistake!! Found 2 table toppers from a mystery train, 1 baby quilt from a boomerang and 9 blocks from something....must be leftover from a mystery I think. Too many ufo's for sure!!
