A July UFO finish! Hurrah! This was a BOM from about 15 years ago. It is approximately 60 by 60. I took it to an LA earlier this year and just put the binding on it. The quilt is far from perfect, but better done than perfect! Next week I'll wash it and set it aside until the cooler weather comes. So glad it's done.

    Which UFO is next?

Way to go, Oh fearless leader; a good start for the month.
I usually make a couple of minis for our local hospital quilt auction...this year deadline is this Tuesday rather than early September... have one ready to do a little HQ, then bind. While waiting for starched fabric to dry, I SID a fall monthly mini from Buttermilk Basin and put the binding on...should be able to get it stitched later next week. Now trying to come up with another mini idea.

rryder love the musical notations. Wish I could do that. I have a navy quilt just waiting for me to learn good machine applique techniques. I'm signed up for a class the end of july. Still working on clearing current quilt projects out of the way to learn the blooming nine patch that I'm taking a class in for august. It's going to be a busy summer but not for UFOs. But I'll get there.

Lovely quilt Janice. Those colors are so luscious. I'm hoping to start quilting on a UFO this week. Might have a finish for July though it's in the sandwiching stage (which is my least favorite part).

Fantastic finish Janice! I love the scrappy yet organized feel of it.
