Funny thing about that fabric...I purchased it at the LQS. Thought it was perfect for it. The black lacy look gave it just a bit of spookiness. Went to cut the fabric and,.....its from the Downton Abby collection. I don't know why, but it strikes me as funny.
    Thanks for the compliments everyone.

Love all the finishes, a big toot-toot and congratulations to all.

I have totally fell off the UFO wagon, but now that summer is officially over in MN it is time to get back to the UFO's and contributing to the finish count list for this group. My September goal is 4 finishes. Three of them are table runners and the other is a full size quilt. Figured this will make up for the two months I didn't have any items finished.

How about another mini challenge goal like we had before? I suggest 33 as a group for September because it's my favorite number and we proved we could exceed my last challenge of 22. What say ye?

In July we had a mini challenge of 22 and we almost tripled that number in finishes at 61. We rocked the goal. I know we can rock it again!

My goal is a baby quilt of pink w/ monkeys for my newborn niece.thats after I finish the bassinet bedding . The quilt is 1/2 pieced so it's doable if my strained back muscle heals up soon.

What can YOU set as a goal for Sept finishes?

I am all for another mini-challenge. I only added 1 I think, but it felt so good to do even that. I love adding to the group goal as well as my own! Hugs and smiles!

I would be up for the challenge. I really want to try to have 4 done before the end of the month. Three are table runners, one just needs binding, another just needs the border/quilting/binding, the third one needs to be pieced/quilted/bound. I only have about 6 blocks done, but everything is cut. Also I have a large quilt that needs to go on the quilter and be bound. Lets see, there are 4 weekends in September, that would mean that I need to complete one a week.
