Sheri--I love your colors, and who doesn't love Bonnie Hunters patterns, keep it up, it will be a treasure.

Yay SheriR! Finish by the end of the month?!? Wow!

I'm on step 1, had the crazy idea to start it when I started BH mystery last fall. Crazy! But, at least I can change my colors. Love your colors SheriR.

Oh, my goodness, Sheri! This is beautiful but the thought of it being done by the end of September THIS YEAR is giving me palpitations! I shall wish you well and good luck!

That nearly killed me! The other night I started removing paper off the pink string pieces. UUUGGG..... I finished enough to assemble one small section. It's not 1/4 of the top. I'm going now to see how far I get today with the strings I de-papered lastnight. All I could think as I sewed this section was WHAT WAS I THINKING..... SOOOOO many parts. I need to finish it so I can psyche out for this years Bonnie Hunter mystery.... This WILL be a September finish!

That's my goal... All the pieces are done. Except for more paper removal, assembly is the next step... But I did NOTHING today. No....I got a wild hair to make a little baby quilt for a young man, who my son grew up with, and his wife. Their new baby is in NICU. Such a scary time for a young couple.

Am I the only one with wild hairs?

SheriR: I haven't heard that saying for a long time. . That would describe my attempt to finish this current UFO. I have changed my mind several times on how to finish it and the 'wild hair' idea definitely didn't work!

SheriR, I just love your Orca Bay. Until last year I have only been watching from the side-lines when Bonnie did her mystery quilts. Last year I took the plunge with her Allietare (just loved the colors she was using) and now it still sits in pieces waiting for me to put her together.

Sync don't give up on it, just do a little when you can, or if you don't like gift it to someone, and let them finish it.
