Thank you all for the compliments. It is in the mail to her now. Then I forgot to pack her ornament I got for her as well. Big bummer. So she will get it next year. LOL I also for the gkids their ornaments. Oh well, better luck next year.
Retiredteacher09, love the string scrap quilt. That is adorable.
That flu has been hitting lots of people. I still have a cough from it, but hanging in there. Daughter caught it from work and she is nasty sick.

Lots of finishes since last here...you are all an inspiration to get them done...this is not a competition to see who gets the most done, but a venue to set individual goals for each one of us complete...each of us have our own limitations whether it's health, finances, or time...Thanks, Janice, for moving this train smoothly down the tracks....Merry Christmas all...

What beautiful quilts everyone has been finishing. Kudos to all.

I was going to sew a button on a blouse that has been in the works for 3, 4 , 5 years and was going to ask if that could be a UFO?????But I haven't even sewn on that button. Well, maybe in 2017. LOL

QuilterMomma- Love the Christmas sampler. What a wonderful Christmas surprise for your daughter.

Retiredteacher09- I love the scrappy quilt top. The black sashing really makes it pop.

I love all of this month's finishes. All so pretty.

I hope everyone gets to feeling better soon. It's terrible feeling bad this time of year and missing out.

I'm busy with my BH mystery and haven't decided which UFO to finish. I want to finish a quilt on my quilting machine. But 1st need to clear off the table. I still have 4 more days to work on them. I'll wait and see. I get so distracted with my kittens and dogs. We are making progress. I can leave the kittens in the house lose with the dogs. The kittens just hide. Last night they all slept on the same bed. Not together, but on the same bed. That's a first. It only took them 3 weeks to get to this stage. I love having cats and dogs, so entertaining.

Trying to squeeze in 1 more. I sewed the binding on yesterday. A few days of hand sewing and this will be in the finished column.
