2016 UFO Challenge of the Month

Patrice, what an inspiration your lovely quilt finishes are!!! But I have to tell you, you and not doing a thing for my bucket list except making it longer!!!
When I see patterns like some of yours that look complicated and present so marvellously, yet when I look closely, I think, "I can do that!", it just has to go on my list!!!

That's great contrast in the bargello.
I am a happy camper as I used the Westalee Ruler Foot for the first time and I LOVE it. So far I have only done SID but it is so much faster than SID with the walking foot. Can't wait to try the clam shell ruler. My next UFO is past half quilted.

I am new on this thread but I have got to be the queen of UFO's. I have a bad habit. When I see a quilt pattern I really like, I got to see if I can do it. I go "gung-ho" and make at least one and many times several blocks. Then I realize that I need to get back to what I was originally working on. Thus another UFO

Hi twinkie, Just wanted to let you know that this is last year's (2016) UFO thread. You want to be posting in this year's thread which you should find in the same area but it will say 2017. We are going to be happy to have you join us and hopefully we will be able to help you get some UFO's to the finished stage. It's a great group and we cheer one another on to success!!

These aren't quilts but UFO's of another type. Finished duffle bag for guild, president's block, hemmed 3 pairs of pants, added 6" ruffle to shirt. All were 4-14 mo cluttering my studio. Can you tell, I'm joyful?! Now I'm quilting a UFO quilt. YEH!

Last night was the first time I got to go in my sewing room in a long time. Since DH retired it seems we are busier than ever before. I traced FMQ patterns on Golden Threads paper last night. 22 done and 8 to go. Saturday DH will be gone most of the day so I plan to spend time sewing.
