I am happy to report that today I got the little boy's comfort layers quilted and tomorrow I will get the binding done!! Yay. Now I am down to 2 adult CQs to do. Well, except today I was also asked to make an I spy quilt for my daughter's classroom. It's not exactly a comfort quilt, but her's is a special needs classroom and she has a couple students in particular that she is writing programs for around having the quilt. (She knows I won't say no.) My quandary is; Does this quilt count in the comfort quilt category or can I do a UFO before I make it? What say you fellow UFOers?

GramE I love red and white quilts, yours is very pretty. Adding the hearts was a great idea. When things aren't working out for me and I have to cover something up or fix mistakes Ok call them "design opportunities". It looks like you handled your opportunity just great.

Post 661: UFO first. A little something for you, then more warm cuddlies for others.

Oh my goodness...I haven't checked in for a few days and wow..what a plethora of finishes have been done with pictures to boot! Everyone is doing just wonderful and February will probably beat January total by a bunch! I am still working on my lonely little panel quilt with doing the hand quilting. Sure hope I can get it done by end of the month. I am on the outer edges (or close to them) so I just might make it. I don't work on it every day hence it takes me a while. What a great inspiration you all are to me!

OMG/ness! I'm with you, Sandy. We were on vacation for 8 days and how much you all have done!! Great finishes, Everyone! Just love them all and am so happy for you. Enjoy that great feeling of satisfaction from finishing. Of course, I haven't been near a sewing machine, but will remedy that tomorrow. Have to get going on a sandwich that is ready for machine quilting, so I can have a Feb finish, too.

Wildyard, you have to know I'd vote to do the UFO first but do whatever makes you happy. No UFO police here!

There are several more UFO finishes since my last tally post a few days ago. Today is the 14th day of February (Happy Valentine's Day!) and we've had 15 finishes so far this month making 89 so far in 2016. Congratulations go to Rryder, Fraew, VickiM and GramE. Toot, Toots to all.

What a great response to the UFO Challenge!

What day shall we hit 100??? At this rate it will surely be this month.

Just checking in. Love the finishes. I have always wanted to do a red and white but never got around to it. I have finishes this month but not ufos. They are still staring at me and I think I see a pout on one! Oh well, I suppose I will have to live vicariously through what I see here, at least for awhile.

    Default Another Feb. finish

Here's another finish for Feb. I have two more of these to go and then it's on to more traditional ufos.
