Yeah, Joann's is the only place you can take it back that I know of. At the store in my area, it has to be exactly as you purchased it (not laundered or cut), and you have to have your receipt

Husband the enabler just brought me the Joann Sale Flyer and pointed out the 50% off fabric coupon. I reminded him that I am NOT looking to buy any fabric. His answer: Well, with the plan to finish UFOs you may NEED to get some. Gotta love that man.

This is kind of working for me. I only got 2 new fabrics , they were older Hoffmans which I can't resist. That was not too bad as I usually buy several yards, putting it mildly, at the 40 percent off sale at my local quilt shop. I didn't go to the sale so I think I am improving except I can't seem to stop buying yard.

Well this is how I have used 2 2/3 yards of stash fabric...have the other half sewn in strips waiting to be joined together. Think I have found the right stash fabric for the outer border...going lighter than EQ plan...

OK, way to go! Love those little 9 patches. I like the beige it will bring out the neutrals in the center patches.

Martina how sweet of him to want to see you happy!
oksewglad that is gorgeous. Your design is wonderful and I agree the beige/tan really sets it off.
